Can PRP injections immediately after liposuction help skin contract?

I recommend following up with your Doctor about their after care protocol. For liposuction after care, I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. PRP is platelet-rich plasma and there have been several uses for this, but as far as I know, there has been no reported studies of skin contracture with using PRP. 

Interesting concept but not practical.  Obtaining the volume of PRP you would need fro an abdomen would be a challenge and while there are a plethora of studies of injecting PRP  under the skin the final word is not yet out as to the effect generated. We use PRP in our practice for all facelifts and rhinoplasties to accelerate wound heling and seal the wound but in 15 years of observation I have not seen improved elasticity in the overlying skin. Our dermatologist in our practice uses PRP to stimulate hair growth and to improve results with micro needling.

Although the use of PRP may be of great help in the future, there is no convincing evidence it is of much use at this time. Think of it as a marketing gimmick currently and avoid it if there are any costs involved.
