I got a lipo and fat transfer last week and was given by a size XL garment after surgery. It fit snug but definitely wasn’t super tight. After my post op, the nurse said my garment was way too loose so she gave me a size medium. This new garment is super uncomfortable and is causing lines and ridges on my stomach, which she reassured me that’s how it’s supposed to be. I actually didn’t have a lot of swelling post surgery so I’m wondering if the other garment is just fine to wear.
