Hi, I (amab w/ 1 year estradiol only) am looking to get a fat transfer from the upper body to not only the buttocks but to most of the lower body to make the bbl look more realistic, but the problem is that for what I want, i don't have enough upper body fat to do that and on my own I couldn't do a weight gain regimen as I have a low appetite, so in this circumstance could a surgeon (with supervision from a nutritionist) prescribe orexigenics to aid weight gain for the fat transfer?
