I generally do not recommend people gain weight for fat transfer procedures.
Taking a prescribe medication for weight gain, for the purpose of fat transfer does not seem like a solid solution. If you lose weight after the procedure, the end point will be the same.
Without including pictures to begin making an assessment, it’s hard to give any useful recommendation.
Talk to your provider or schedule new in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons to get a quality assessment.
