Lumps after lip filler for about 7 years. What should I do instead? (photo)

If it does not respond, it could be a Granuloma or a nodule, which do not respond to hyaluronidase injections. The lumps that you are seeing are indeed superficially placed filler. Your provider can use a dissolving agent to break down the lumps. From your photo it appears that the lumps are superficial filler. You can have then dissolved with hyaluronidase. Though there are risks to having fillers injected, they can be kept to a minimum by selecting an experienced injector. Ask to see before/after photos and discuss your concerns before treatment.

There is no doubt that long term use of fillers for lip augmentation will produce unwanted consequences like lumps and other irregularities. In many cases these lumps may need direct surgical excision. Lip lift, in some cases, may be considered as a more permanent solution but it has its own price, scar. Hope this helps.
