I had a tummy tuck almost 2 years ago what he did is pulled up so far from the lower pelvic that my private parts are pulled up way too high they rub against everything and yet he left a lot of loose skin above the naval. How can I fix this? Can I bring the loose skin from the naval down And have it attached so that the extra skin goes back down to the pelvic area?

Answer: There are solutions for your unfavorable tummy tuck! Dear key largo, I'm sorry to hear about your results. This sounds horrific. In order to restore your confidence it sounds like a revision would be necessary. There are a couple ways to go about it. One could be to use the skin above your belly button to lower your entire results so it's more natural. Sometimes there is not enough loose skin or extra skin to lower the scar to produce a more natural result and anatomy than the use of tissue expanders can be employed to create a final result that you can feel good about. Seek the opinions of several boards certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes, Earl Stephenson, JR, MD, DDS, MBA ESJ Aesthetics.

Answer: Tummy tuck revision It almost impossible to give you good advice without a few photographs, but it seems like you are on the right track. Your bellybutton may need to be reset, leaving a new small scar, but that may well be a good trade off for your pubic problem. There may even be less drastic ways to improve the tension on your mons. You would probably need general anesthesia, but I think a revision could help your problems.
