On 3rd Dec I had breast implants with fat transfer and extra lipo to waist, flanks, stomach and inner thighs. My stomach looks exactly the same which they said was due to swelling but now after asking 4 times they've told me they could only get 150cc of fat. 1 of my wishes was flat stomach but I still have roll of protruding fat. Is it swelling or is it that they only took 150cc?

Answer: 150cc of lipoaspirate Not sure how much of a difference that would make but remember that good results are obtained when your surgeon actually sculpts and shapes, not just sucks out fat. Best to let your body heal at this point and discuss your results with your operating surgeon when you have finished healing to see if additional improvement can be obtained.

Answer: Would Liposuction of 150cc make any difference? You had 150ml liposuctioned from your abdomen during a breast augmentation. First, one month is way too soon to all if your protruding abdomen is swelling or the need for extra surgery. It will take 6 months before you see the final result from a liposuction. If your abdomen protrudes because of loose, separated underlying rectus muscles, you will need a tummy tuck with plication (suturing) of the rectus muscles. If the protuberance is from additional fat, a more aggressive liposuction will be needed. But you probably won't know the answer for a few more months, so I suggest waiting of the swelling to subside before any decision is made.Thank you for your question and photo.
