Answer: Lymphatic Massage First, Velashape later I prefer to use lymphatic massage early on. I think this is preferred while the patient still has some soreness and lymphatic channels are still sluggish. After the soreness is cleared I like to use Vela shape to help smooth out any lumpiness and to help tighten the skin. Every plastic surgeon has a regimen, and a rationale for it. Many regimens work.

Answer: Massages Hello dear, thanks for your question, I do recommend lymphatics massages and even vigorous massages because that combined it with the compression garment will help with lumps and swelling. After plastic surgery the body is exposed to physical abuse in the joints, muscles and tissues, so postsurgical or postoperative therapy massage speed recovery and reduce or eliminate pain or inflammation product that occur after surgery, I recommend it for better results after your procedure, but I also suggest to talk about this with your PS, because each surgeon has their own politics. good luck :)
