Is it normal to have fluid after Liposuction?

I have fuild in my waist after a month and 5 days after lipo. The doctor say that it will heal on its on and did not want to touch it. I showed her how it moves like a water bed so clearly it needs to come out she attempts to take it out. She only got a little out but I noticed that the fuild color was a little different than when I was earlier post op with little a flakes it still have fluid that move in my waist like a water bed what should I do
