The doctor said I needed a lift but because of a lift and a bigger implant they would be working against each other. I'm 5,6 and weigh 140. I'm currently a size 34 C. But from kids and breastfeeding they are sad lol. The doctor said the most I could go with a list would be 405cc moderate profile. I really like the high profile better. I'm afraid after I get them done with what the doctor recommens I will wish I went bigger. Anyone else have this problem?

Answer: Lift with implants Other than the profile, the difference between what you want and what the doctor recommends is only 10 cc's. That is a drop in the bucket and I really don't think it would make that much of a difference in the final results. Of course, he/she has examined you in person and I have not. I use high profile implants frequently when I do breast lift surgeries with no problems. It might be worth your while to get a second opinion from another board-certified plastic surgeon who can examine you in person before committing to your surgery.

Answer: Choosing the right implant Cup sizes are not standard across bra makers, and implant sizing is NOT based on height, weight, BMI, or capsize. This is something you will need to do IN PERSON with an experienced surgeon to determine what works well for you, and to get advice about if what you like is possible and what to expect with regards to results. Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified. I've attached a link where you can start your search.
