3 months post op and my breasts are looking uneven! (Phtoo)

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Unfortunately without having seen your before pictures it is difficult to know if the asymmetry is related to the implants and surgery or it is based on a natural asymmetry.  I would see your surgeon and voice your concerns.  Your current and prior pictures can be compared and treatment recommendations made.  Hope this helps.

While your one breast appears ever so slightly lower than the other, at this point you appear pretty normal. Not knowing what your breasts looked like before surgery limits our ability to judge.

Thanks for the great question. Even at 3 months there can still be a little bit of asymmetry. I don't know what your breasts looked like prior to surgery of if you had the same sized implants placed in each side. It does look like the left breast implant is maybe bottoming out a little bit. Because of this its making it look like your left nipple is higher on the chest wall. I would make an appointment to see your surgery so that they are able to evaluate you in person.
