So far I am pretty happy with the results but my left breast keeps me concerned. The breast still moves and it's fairly soft. In fact it's TOO soft at the bottom, it's empty. I can also identify where the implant is sitting ... I like to move my body in order to analyse their movenment. I can tell where the implant sits on the left and the skin is still "more loose". Can it be a minor capsular contraction? or is it a matter of time and the right breast just happened to heal nicer and faster?

You are very early postop and your implants are sitting very high - completely normal at this stage. When your implants settle and fluff more, your nipples will be more "up" relative to your implant position. Please speak to your surgeon if you are concerned.Regards,
Congratulations on your breast augmentation. Your only 1 week after surgery and I would expect some swelling will go away over the next 3-4 weeks. As you're body and breast adjust to the presence of the implants they will look more natural.
Congratulations on your decision to have breast augmentation. The 500 cc breast implant should give you a result close to your desired result. To understand better you can try the Rice test in the privacy of your home.
