Hi! I have had multiple cholesteatoma and various other ear surgeries. One being a radical mastoidectomy. The last 2 years I've been getting headaches and was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. Even after all my ear surgeries I still end up with infections in my ears and sinuses. I do have chronic pain in my ear. I've had between 25-30 tubes put in. I also have my inner ear bones replaced. I have had my adenoids taken out. Now I've been diagnosed with a large septum bone spur.

Thank you for your question. I would advise to keep your head elevated and sleeping on a reclining chair. Don't wear any hats while you are healing. Hope this information helps.
