Can my ear shape change due to a headphone with small ears?

I use a headphone with relatively small headphone ears. When I put it on, my ears kind of wrap into the headphone ear. I do not mind that personally, but I'm concerning about my ear shape. This is because I use the headphone for sound reduce in my noisy room. I wear it all the time when in my room. Can my ear shape change, with which I mean the shape kind of closes, because my ear also is in this headphone? I do know the pressure on the ear is gone when the headphone is off.
