12 year old breast implant revision - Will I need muscle and pocket repair? (Photos)

I am 38 year old, one kid 8 yes yrs old. I have breast implants 12 years ago 325 cc under muscle and I am considering to do breast revision. I have doctor consultation he recommends relocate implants and breast fold incision “higher” approximately 1 cm. The new implants would be Motiva either round or Ergonomix demi 360-380cc changing plane to dual plane split muscle. He also mentioned to repair muscle and fix pocket. It It sounds more complicated than I thought. Do u have any recommendations

One important thing to consider is nipple position, because if you move the implants closer together then the nipples will be too lateral. You will definitely benefit from an internal bra with Galaflex mesh, but also a lift to move the nipples closer toward the middle.
