Breast Implant Revision Surgery - I would like to have 650cc implants but is that feasible with the lateral movement?

I’m a cis guy with 580cc IDEAL Implants, I’m 6’1” and 255lbs, 3 days after my BA in March of 2023, my right breast implant moved to the right about an 1 1/2. I would like to have revision breast surgery to fix this lateral movement and also upgrade to Natrelle Silicone Cohesive implants. My current implants 515cc filled to 580cc and it has a base diameter of 13.4cm and projection of 5.8cm. My plastic surgeon plans of suturing the lateral movement to fix it then tape after for recovery. What is the largest size of implant could i upgrade to without hurting the lateral movement fix? Or should mesh be used? I would like to have 650cc implants but is that feasible with the lateral movement?
