Breast implant Deformity - how can I fix them while looking as natural as possible? (Photos)

I've had three revision/ exchanges and the last one left me like this. Deformed especially when i flex. It's been 8 years and want to have them fixed. Smaller is fine. They are not sagging so i dont know why some doctors want to do a lift. I have thin skin and one of them i can feel the corner of the implant on the left bottom inside of my breast. How can i make them look as natural as possible. I used to be a 34AA in 2005 before ever getting implants umplants. Id love to hear professional advice how the best way to look natural please.
