How can I achieve a round, fake look? - Over or under the muscle? (Photos)

Currently have 600cc high profile mentor gel implants. Wantinf to achieve a round fake look with upper pole fullness ans a gap between breast. Ive triwd to achieve this look several times with failure . They always just redo the lift and they look the same. I’ve always had under the muscle but want some ideas on how to achieve the look I’ve always wanted. I am currently 47 years old and want that tight fale round appearance.

I almost always place implants submuscular. It lowers the rate of capsular contracture significantly. In addition, it looks much more natural because the muscle provides covering over the implant so its not as round on the top. I've also noticed the implants drop less over time when they are protected under the muscle.

Your implants are asymmetrical, too low and too wide for your chest wall. 600 cc implants weigh over 1 lb. each and will continue to descend. At this time, I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.
