How can the dents near my arm pits be fixed? (Photos)

I had recalled implants replaced this year (Springtime) I was left with these weird dents near my arm pits. My Dr said it's nothing....but I can see it through shirts, and especially when muscled are flexed. What needs to happen to be fixed?

Greetings, thank you for sharing your question as well as your photos.
This is most consistent with soft tissue volume deficiency or tethering along the lateral breast pocket after implant replacement.
This is not dangerous, but it won’t improve on its own. My recommendation is targeted fat grafting to restore volume in the axillary/lateral breast area. Simply changing implants again would not correct your problem.
This is a very correctable contour issue.

Based on the post photos, it appears you had tissue and fat pad loss in the axilla. Best of virtual concert with recommendation would be fat grafting under ultrasound after liposuction. Fee $8000-$12,000. Best of virtual consult with.
