I had a revision and replaced 10 year old breast implants in July 2025. My previous implants were anatomical 385cc, they had both ruptured and although that wasn’t noticeable visually I obviously opted to replace them. I now have high profile round 400 (or 420 can’t remember)cc. My main desire when getting them replaced was more “cleavage” I now know implants can’t create cleavage on their own although my surgeon did say my previous implants had moved very laterally and that hopefully my new implants would sit closer together. Sadly this doesn’t seem to be the case and I want to know- should I have gotten moderates with a fuller volume to achieve breast that sit closer together? Because my old implants were quite lateral, I told my surgeon I really didn’t want heaps of side boob again, at their widest point they were 12.5cm and my pocket only has the width of 12cm. I understand moderate is much wider than that which is why we went with high profile. They still seem far apart though- is this just because they are relatively small? Would I have had better results with more volume or should I have gone with moderate and accepted side boob? I will have a follow up in the new year. I’m just looking for more opinions- thanks. Photo of boobs pushed together is what I hoped for result wise. I’m 173cm, 70kg, 33yo and it’s under muscle.
