Hi! I’m in my late 20s and have a small amount of fat under my chin. I was wondering if liposuction of area would provide a noticeable improvement or if the amount of fat is too small. I have had chin filler previously.

We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Answer: Chin Contouring with VASER, ThermiRF, Coolsculpting, Kybella, Thermage, Ultherapy, Exilis, J plasma/Renuvion/Inmode BodyTite I find that VASER liposuction in combination with Renuvion or ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates, but Kybella can be used as an alternative and gets better results when combined with Thermage/Ultherapy/Exilis, TruSculpt iD, or Coolsculpting. Answer: Chin liposuction Generally, I prefer both chin and jawline liposuction simultaneously to provide better definition and contour. You have a nice contour to your jawline but a small amount of fat is noted beneath your chin. Another option id Kybella treatments but I usually recommend liposuction.

Answer: Mild submental fat In cases of very little fat under the chin, injection of Kybella can make a big difference. For more aggressive treatment Chin Liposuction with Thermitight would be the choice.
