Head pressure since chin lipo a year ago. Is this normal?

I am wondering if it is a thing to have head pressure after chin lipo? I feel like i have a head cold and has felt that way for a year which is since i had the procedure. I also have headaches nearly daily but i think thaats from stress at work. Im annoyed with the head pressure tho and am about to set dr appoinment soon
