Why is one eye slanted? Is this a problem? (Photo)

when I take a picture it looks like one eye is bigger than the other. And one eye is placed higher than the other. Is this a problem or am I just overreacting?

It is likely that you have a skeletal asymmetry causing your right eye socket to be lower than the left.  This could be demonstrated with MRI/CT scan, but it is very mild and corrective surgery would be too dangerous.Everyone has some mild asymmetry.
