I think, it was not done properly, She did not use alcohol and went deeply with the needle with no magnifying glass not proper lighting. 2 weeks after the scabs are gone, but I have pink scaring, some of it deeper. Is this going to disappear or shall I be worried? I 57 years old and the healing process is slower I guess. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photo. You were probably treated for syringomas, not calcium. It does not look like you have an infection; therefore, if alcohol was not used, it is not contributing to your current condition. You might have residual inflammation, which will probably resolve. You should make an appointment with an Oculoplastic Surgeon for comprehensive evaluation in person to determine precisely what the problem is. First off, I would challenge the 'calcium deposits' and most likely venture to guess these were syringomas. As such, using an energy pencil to burn them off is the correct treatment and this must be done aggressively as these have high rates of recurrence. The scars should improve with time. If it is still unsightly you may to consider a cosmetic lower eyelid procedure in the future to remove the excess skin and fat pockets. This may also help the unsightly scars, if any, that may persist. Hope this helps and good luck!

Thank you for your clinical
photograph.  It does appear that you have
benign growth of some sweat glands called Syringomas.

These can be treated with electrocautering
electrofulguration, which is what you had done or fractional laser
ablative techniques and even surgical excision. 
With aggressive treatment these can usually be managed quite well and
blending the rest of the surrounding areolar skin in with a fractional laser or
removal of the lower lid fat pad and some skin tightening could help enhance
the appearance of the lower lid region.

I think you have an opportunity for
an excellent result.  You just need to
see a physician with more aggressive laser experience.
