Why are my eyes two different sizes? (Photo)

I noticed that my eyes are two different sizes. I noticed this problem waking up in the morning. It becomes obvious in the morning that one eye is bigger , sometimes red in the morning. Let me tell you how I sleep maybe this can help, I sleep on my soltomach and half my face is squashed in the pillow so I use one eye when using my phone. Sometime I find myself closing one eye (the one in pillow). The redness in the morning is in the eye I use in bedtime. It is the smaller eye in picture.

I agree with your assessment even though the photo is very close up. Adding volume to the area is the answer, but I understand your concern about the very small risk of intra-arterial penetration causing blindness - which can happen no matter the material placed, fat or hyaluronic acid...

Hi. It is very had to tell from your photos if you have any canthal webbing. The angle and shaddowing make it difficult to determine exactly what is going on. It does look like you have some sclera like show on the right and scarring of the lower lid/ lateral canthus on the left. The scleral...

It is very unlikely that insurance will cover under eye bags, malar mounds or festoons. They typically are considered cosmetic and nit medically necessary.  Best regards.
