I want lipo on my stomach and love handles. Can I get it done without a tummy tuck. I have quite a bit of loose skin and stretch marks which don't bother me. Will it look much worse without tt?

Answer: Lipo only Thank you for your question. If you opt to perform the liposuction only you won't get a good results than combining lipo with full tummy tuck with muscle repair. I would recommend you to be treated by board certified PS with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: Liposuction ? You can certainly get lipo of your stomach and love handles. However, you already have loose skin and this will increase this some. Tummy tuck would make the bigger difference, but you could reserve that for the future. Good luck.

Answer: Liposuction for patients with abdominal skin laxity #plasticsurgery I think a reasonable plan is to undergo tumescent liposuction of the abdomen, waist and hips. You will likely have some skin laxity and irregularity due to your poor skin quality. If this result displeased you in the future, you can always have a tummy tuck, which you appear to be an ideal candidate for.
