Thanks for an outside the box question, anecdotally I have had a few patients have irregular or missed periods in and around the time of surgery but this is likely from stress of surgery on the body, I would not assume and long term fertility issues

Liposuction is surgery and surgery is stress. Right during the time of liposuction, you may not be as fertile because of the stress. Also, you will be sore and wearing garments, so you may decide that sex is off the table for a while until you recover.
