General anesthesia, what to expect at least 4 hours after waking up?

I always say to avoid gen anesthesia if possible for many reasons but if you have to have it, then expect to  be out of it for the rest of the day.

This is an excellent question and it needs to be explored by your chosen doctor.  I never used General Anesthesia for this procedure no matter how extensive of a procedure in my state approved and certified operating rooms. General anesthesia is NOT required and is not the choice method for liposuction as studies have shown it is not necessary and it carries very negative adverse risks that no one needs wanting to have this elective procedure done.  

I recommend following up with your anesthesiologist about what to expect. There will be a period of recovery following your procedure and each practitioner will have a specific protocol following your procedure. For best results with liposuction, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction.
