I looked at the reviews and don't even feel like this is the same doctor I've dealt with. I think over the years he's got soooo much better! I got a breast lift, bbl, lipo 360, arm lipo chin lipo, labiaplasty and my lips done with dr henao. He turned me into a whole new person! I love his work and have sent 5 of my friends to him. I came to Cali Colombia all the way from Dallas Texas. This was the best decision I ever made

I had my surgery two weeks ago and the results have been very satisfactory, I am very pleased to have gone to Dr. Henao, I really recommend him and his team. The scars are hardly visible and I had very little post-surgery pain, thank you Doctor!!! Girls, I give him 100% my confidence. xx Ash

Tuve muchas dudas, vi uno que otro comentario negativo hace mucho tiempo pero la mayoría siempre positivo y pues las historias de su ig hablaban por si solas. Les cuento que los resultados han sido muy gratificantes. Soy latina, madre de dos niños hermosos, vivo en New York y estoy muy contenta con mis resultados!! Mi procedimiento fue Tommy tuck!

Hello ladies! Im 2 weeks post op and I am so happy with my results. I saw his job on his instagram so I made the decision to go to Cali. Best decision ever. my procedures was lipo 360 + BBL. I truly recommend him.

Excellent doctor, I had my surgery 1 month ago and the results are fast. I give him 5 stars!! I did not have any complications or delay, I really recommend him ladies. my surgery was lipoesculture. Tiff

I had a lipo procedure with Dr. Alder Henao, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. After the surgery, I was left with loose skin on my stomach and persistent fat on my back that wasn’t addressed and my hips were created very high, which was not the result I expected. Additionally, when I reached out with concerns post-op, I felt ignored and didn’t receive the support I expected. From my experience and based on other reviews I’ve seen, it seems that these issues were not isolated. I hope this review helps future patients consider all aspects of their care and post-op support when choosing a surgeon. 1st picture is immediately post op at his recovery house. Poor results. I was not satisfied with the tummy tuck results, I reached out to the Dr. and he offered no resolution. I felt like he did not care about any of my concerns. I hope this review helps others who are out of the country so that the my do not go to him.

He’s takes your money and do what he wants I specifically told him I wanted a real big butt very huge over the top , my ass look exactly how it look when I came I gave specifics details he so press To take your money but don’t give you what you want if I can rate him 0 I would a waste of money and time Idc about the money that’s not the issue the body was suppose to be what someone pays for not the opposite then to keep saying you will see a change no if a person paid for a huge butt that’s what they should get

DO NOT GO TO HIM! I had a tummy tuck done by him in 2017. His Instagram pictures & videos were quite impressive and convinced me to have him do my surgery. I am not an overweight woman and the reason I needed a TT was because I wanted to remove all the stretchmarks below my belly button.I had however done consultations with over 20 doctors all over the world for 5 years. I did not want a TT if I was going to end up with a horrible scar. My dream was to be able to wear a bikini. Dr. Henao reassured me that the scar would be low, very thin and I would be able to hide it with my bikini bottoms.To my horror look at what I ended up with. Not only is the scar high & extremely crooked, but as soon as I began healing, there was a bulge that I had never had before. Although I have not gained weight, the bulge has remained. The scar is horrible and now I am even more insecure than I was when I had stretch marks.I am devastated. I hope people come here to RS to read reviews prior to choosing a doctor. Whatever you do, do not go to Dr. Henao for a Tummy Tuck.

I regretfully went to Colombia in November 2019 and had a rhinoplasty done by Alder Henao. Problems were evident after surgery but I was told that the issues would subside once the swelling went down. Once I arrived back in the states, things worsened. Alder Henao left stitches in my nose that he should've removed a week after surgery. Those stiches turned out to be a sorce of infection. Gets worse from here...the saddlebag deformation begins to show as well as the collapsed nostril- by this point breathing through my nose is impossible & breathing through my mouth is also difficult. All this time, I keep reaching out to Alder Henao & his office- begging them for help. I was told to get nasal drops and that would fix the collapsed nostril. Welp...the problems worsened & I had to find a specialist to take a look at my nose so that I could breath again. After having the consultation, the doctor was extremely concerned about my airway- because of all of the structure removed by Alder Henao & I was being wheeled into the operating room just a few days later. Im less than a week out from surgery so I dont know if I'll need another. I do know that I have damage done that is irreversible. Alder Henao has taken zero responsibility for this.
