Facial paralysis after filler and Hylenex, what can I do? (photos)

lewjr63
I had filler done over a year ago and wasn’t happy with the results so I had it dissolved with hylenex. My question is about my smile. I can no longer smile and show my teeth. It’s like my lip just won’t move. I kept on getting hylenex because I thought maybe there was more product left over, but nothing changes with more hylenex. What can I do? Thank you. I’ve added a picture to show how much I can smile and that is it.
