At the corners of my mouth, I see what I call "face fat." It is puffy and creates a noticible indent shadow at the corners of my mouth. It is noticeable when I smile and when I am not smiling. I am 5 feet and 5 inches tall, about 120-125 pounds. Do I need to lose weight or is this due to aging? What are my cosmetic options, and which doctor speciality should I have a consultation with? Thank you
