my nasalobial area is one of my biggest concerns. It looks like I have a bubble around my mouth and a shadow mustache. My cheeks have lost volume and so have my lips. I have hollow under eyes that have slight wrinkles on the outer portion of my under eye. I have resting b**** face. I know that most people probably cannot see my imperfections, but That is all I see. Will filler be my best option for these issues now? How much do you think I would need? What’s an estimated cost?

Answer: Help needed You are being exceptionally critical of yourself and I personally don't believe your face looks as bad as you claim it does. Every single person can use a little bit of tweaking and if there are areas that truly bother you, I believe you should visit a plastic surgeon like myself that's near you. I am sure that they will advise you and provide you with a treatment to best suit your needs. Good luck from New York City

Answer: Fillers will do wonders The use of fillers for the treatment of cheek augmentation has become the gold standard. Placement of the fillers in the correct planes will allow the material to help augment the cheeks and can also decrease the appearance of a nasolabial fold and the tear troughs. Sometimes that may be the only thing you need. After augmentation of the mid cheeks, the tear troughs and NLFs are analyzed for any possibility of augmentation. You will notice that minimum amount may be needed for those areas due to that.
