my nasalobial area is one of my biggest concerns. It looks like I have a bubble around my mouth and a shadow mustache. My cheeks have lost volume and so have my lips. I have hollow under eyes that have slight wrinkles on the outer portion of my under eye. I have resting b**** face. I know that most people probably cannot see my imperfections, but That is all I see. Will filler be my best option for these issues now? How much do you think I would need? What’s an estimated cost?
Answer: Dermal fillers Hi @Gkittu. Thank you for sharing your photos. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for dermal fillers. I recommend an in person consultation to discuss treatment options and your aesthetic goals. Best of luck, Dr. Nima

Answer: Nasolabial folds, cheeks, eyes, lip augmentation -- Fillers (juvederm, radiesse, restylane, belotero), sculptra, lasers, micron Volume and contouring of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. For nasolabial folds, I recommend a combination approach to get the most improvement with fillers for the folds themselves and to provide anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Lasers and microneedling/prp will improve texture and tone while ultherapy/rf treatments will provide skin tightening and lift. You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) are good to create a symmetrical lip. Nova threads can be used to improve lift and shape. Implants or fat are alternatives. Technique will be important here, so you'll want to see someone meticulous. A combination approach will give the most improvement in the eye area. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for your short and long term goals. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Filler Many of the areas that you note can be treated with “fillers”. In your case, this is a good alternative to surgery. Expect to pay from around $1K to $2K for the areas you mention. Downtime is minimal. Most are rated at 1-1.5 years but vary with the individual. Best of luck.

Answer: Help needed You are being exceptionally critical of yourself and I personally don't believe your face looks as bad as you claim it does. Every single person can use a little bit of tweaking and if there are areas that truly bother you, I believe you should visit a plastic surgeon like myself that's near you. I am sure that they will advise you and provide you with a treatment to best suit your needs. Good luck from New York City

Answer: Fillers will do wonders The use of fillers for the treatment of cheek augmentation has become the gold standard. Placement of the fillers in the correct planes will allow the material to help augment the cheeks and can also decrease the appearance of a nasolabial fold and the tear troughs. Sometimes that may be the only thing you need. After augmentation of the mid cheeks, the tear troughs and NLFs are analyzed for any possibility of augmentation. You will notice that minimum amount may be needed for those areas due to that.
