Getting Labiaplasty Nov 30th. I'm excited but so nervous my doctor isn't going to do exactly what I want. I want my clitoral hood to flow with my labia lips. When I stand up, I do not want most of my vagina to show.. like it does now. How can I explain to my doctor that and make sure she does that. I'll add pictures of what it looks like now. Thank you!!!
Answer: Good comminication for the best result You should tell your doctor exactly what you want. You should have good communication with your doctor so that you can reach the right result. I don't know where you live and where you got your doctor from, but you shouldn't have surgery like this.

Answer: Is your labiaplasty expectation realistic or not? Flow doesn't mean that your "vagina" won't be visible after surgery. It simply means that a skillfully executed labiaplasty with clitoral hood contouring will produced a result that doesn't look weird or unnatural. It doesn't look like labiaplasty with or without clitoral hood contouring will produce the hidden "vagina" that you seek. The reason for this is that the shaft of the clitoris is wide in relation to the labia majora and the majora are relatively flat. The shaft cannot be made narrow. Thus, any labiaplasty with or without clitoral hood contouring will still leave you with a wide and visible clitoral shaft in the middle.

Answer: Yes, this is possible Depending on which technique your surgeon uses, it is very easy to have the clitoral hood blend in with the labia minora. A conservative resection of tissue with a gentle arc down from the hood tends to achieve this very nicely. I take care of many patients with similar anatomy and it is possible to give a very natural result that blends beautifully.

Answer: How do I tell my doctor what I want Thank you for your questionI f your surgeon has not detailed precisely what he will do and what it will lookalike -DO NOT DO THE SURGERY. Take your time and find a surgeon who will show you how he will do what you request. Better to be certain than to have to fix up later. You have both prepuce and labia issues. See the video below and do your homework.

Answer: Labiaplasty helloyour concern is vert understandable. only cutting the inner lips will not cause an aesthetic result. you need to have a clitoral hood correction with will have the result which clitoris and inner lips are in harmonious. as doing labiaplasty frequently, I can say that I get the result you opted from composite reduction labiaoplasty technique. I would advise you ask for it. Best

Answer: Aggressive hood reduction In order to get the “tucked in” look that most all ladies desire from labiaplasty, based on the photos an aggressive clitoral hood reduction is needed. Some women have more fullness at the top of the vulva and more tissue covering over the clitoris. The treatment for this is an aggressive hood reduction. In many cases this still will result in a slightly widened cleft or a slightly widened “cleavage” between the outer labia. This is really primarily a function of each persons anatomy. Just like breasts can have a wide or narrow cleavage, the outer labia can also have a wide or narrow gap. So while it won’t be possible for there to be simply a cleft in your case—in all likelihood—it still would be possible to have most of the labia and hood tissue hidden. If the labiaplasty alone is performed it may actually worsen the outcome and make the upper tissues more prominent. Best to find a surgeon who understands this goal: one that is intrinsic to all labiaplasty patients. Best to look at photos, videos and reviews of surgeons who deal extensively with labiaplasty surgery
