I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers like Voluma, Restylane, and Juvederm along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose; however, it won't make the nose appear smaller. Filler can be used to build up the nasal dorsum/bridge of the nose, improve symmetry, increase nasal tip projection, and can help improve nasal tip rotation and alternatively can be used to de-rotate the nose. However, this is case dependent and please consult with a board certified Facial Plastic surgeon who specialized in Rhinoplasty and non-surgical rhinoplasty, as this is a more difficult area to inject and carries some serious risks.
