Thank you for providing images along with your question. Based on these photos, you may benefit from non-surgical, skin-rejuvenating procedures. A combination of Botox and dermal fillers will give you a non-surgical facelift –minimizing lines and wrinkles while enhancing your facial contours for a refreshed appearance. Skin resurfacing lasers, Profound RF or Virtue RF (microneedling combined with RF energy), and other procedures that help collagen production can be very effective in tightening and refreshing the skin. To determine the best treatment for you, I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon, particularly one with an extensive experience with injectables. Your surgeon can do a proper evaluation, customize the best treatment plan, and ensure the best possible results.
I suggest reaching out to an expert for a formal consultation. I like to recommend my patients start a combination of facial rejuvenation treatments.1) Skincare with products and microneedling/PRP2) PDT Light Therapy a few times per month with growth factors3) Laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant regularly and others (Fraxel, Moxi, Viva, CO2, Erbium, Halo) a few times per year4) Sculptra injections a few times per year for collagen production with fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, and/or Bellafill5) Thermage/Ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone-based Instalift threads for lifting6) Botox every 2 to 3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at restBest, Dr. Emer.
Thank you for your question. In general, fillers aren't the best for treatment of fine lines. A good skin care routine is probably the best place to start, such as washing your face twice per day, using a vitamin C serum and SPF during the day, and a retinol cream at night. If you're already doing those things, a light chemical or laser peel would also improve skin appearance. There are a multitude of treatments and skin creams out there, so some experimentation may be needed, but I provided a few staples above that work for most. All the best!
Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. I would advocate seeking an in-person consultation to discuss treatment options including appropriate hydration, a professional strength skin care regimen and use of neuromodulators like Botox. Hope this helps.
Would recommend that you seek an in-person appointment with an experienced plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and determine an appropriate treatment plan for you after a thorough examination.
There are many things you can do to address skin health. Juvederm can be used to add volume to areas that could benefit from additional contouring. Common areas are the nasolabial folds, cheeks, under eyes, and jowls. Morpheus8 treatments can improve skin tone and texture. We also recommend using medical grade skin care products and wearing sunscreen every day.
Thank you for your question. You could absolutely start doing botox to minimize any current wrinkles and prevent any wrinkles from forming in your forehead, between the brows, and the crows feet. This should be maintained every 3-4 months. It is also difficult to fully evaluate your face as it appears you may be laying down in your photos. For filler, I would likely suggest some Volbella for your under eye area. Hope this helps!
Thanks for your question. As I am sure you are aware, most are reluctant to give medicine to pregnant and nursing women. This is the same for injectables. Most will not inject fillers until 3 months after you are done nursing. Please tell your well trained experienced injector all about your...
Fillers like Belotero, Volbella, and Restylane Silk are good for improving under the eyes, but keep in mind that a combination approach will give the most improvement. My patients try to get non-surgical treatments to avoid surgery, so we use fillers, lasers, microneedling/PRP and stem cells. I...
Hi @MMFeb2016. Thank you for sharing your photos. Your lips look great--I would not recommend adding more filler at this time. Best of luck, Dr. Nima
