Has my filler migrated or is it just in a poor location? (photos)

Thanks for your question and helpful photos. I honestly think you look great and I would not dissolve the filler unless it caused you a lot of distress. It will eventually be metabolized, and in my opinion it does not look obviously migrated. Take care!

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your filler treatment. Based on your photos you can elect to dissolve some of the filler, or wait for it to metabolize gradually. Adding more filler will only worsen the area of concern.

Your lips look great! Don't dissolve as that could cause some problems. Let them be and see in a few moths if you need a touch up! They are very nice...

Inspect you looked like you do now almost from the start. There is a potential space just above and under the vermillion border that will expand if overfilled. This appears to be the case with you. Depending on the filler, you can just wait or dissolve a little of the most superior filler. The Juvederm fillers and a few of the other newer ones last 12-20 months, so you may wish to try dissolving them if you are significantly bothered by the appearance. I would absolutely NOT add any filler.
