Nasolabial fat pockets, what are the best options to have these removed? (photo)

I’ve had 3 sessions of HIFU and noticed these pockets recently, located near my nose. I’m not sure what they are but they feel squishy and become more prominent when i smile and give the chubby cheeks look. I didn’t have them before so I’m not sure if it’s just ageing or due to the hifu. It’s made me so self conscious. What are the best options to have this removed?

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting,  and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. It is difficult to assess your photograph properly as you are lying down which does alter how the ‘ face falls’  it could be extended tear troughs or the medial fat pad starting to descend. 
Both of which could be softened/ supported with filler.
