Hello! I am 5'1 and 104 lbs. When I gain weight it tends to go to my waist the most, giving me a barrel figure. (I even have little fat pockets there now, depsite constant dieting and exercise 5 days a week) so if I get lipo done on my flanks and lower abs, will it keep the fat from my waist and instead go more to my hips, thighs, boobs and arms? (I loveee curves so that would be a dream!!) Please see photos! Im looking to get a procedure done this year.
Answer: VASER HI DEF 4D LIPO / 360 Degree Sculpture / Body Contouring / HD Sculpting With Fat Transfer / BBL You would do amazing with a HD liposuciton proceudre by someone who understands athletic shaping. If you do not want surgery, coolsculpting + vanquish can work but would need a series of treatments. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: I'm skinny but tend to gain weight around my waist, if I gain a little weight then get lipo on flanks, will I be curvier?(photo This all comes down to precision of surgery. I think you should be at your lowest weight, but it is easier to liposuction if you have more fat. Liposuctioning very fit individuals is very tricky, and there is no room for error. Liposuction results are highly surgeon dependent. Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of liposuction and liposuction revision procedures each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries, and read patient reviews. Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Answer: Liposuction for an hour glass figure Thank you for your question. Liposuction will definitely help you achieve the hour glass shape. That said, i suggest you reach an estable weight before the surgery to make sure you achieve the best results. If you put on weight before surgery, there is more to transfer. But I do not generally recommend this because we augment the buttock during surgery for optimal shape, and if you then lose the weight post operatively you will loose it disproportionately from your augmented buttock and the results could suffer. We recommend patients to keep their normal weight and body form prior to surgery, and then we are working from a stable situation to create the changes we are working for. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

Answer: I'm skinny but tend to gain weight around my waist, if I gain a little weight then get lipo on flanks, will I be curvier? Hello Dear! Based on your pictures you are a good candidate for a liposuction with BBL and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your abdomen, waist, back and of course your buttock to give you a beautiful heart shape. I recommend you to make an appointment with a board plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals. Good luck :)
