I got Smart Lipo done on my belly I noticed after 3 weeks my incisions a blister by my belly then it bust and after that it's been pussing for the past 3 months and my side incisions one is leaking one is very red they did a culture I do not have an infection my plastic surgeon has no idea what's going on with me I need to get a second opinion about what's going on with me. The incision that he went through on my belly button hurts and hole don't want to close still pus coming out after 3 months.

Iris. So sorry you’re having these problems.  It is fairly unusual to demonstrate symptoms that you are describing and showing on photographs some three months after smart liposuction procedure. There appears to be a mild infection of some sort, and I recommend that you continue to follow up with your surgeon or get a second opinion from a board-certified plastic surgeon. Best of luck.
