i am getting liposuction including the "fupa" area. I have found a doctor for the procedure that i love. However, he is unwilling to go low and get the fat surrounding my penis and scrotum. He states, this is due to the lymph-nodes located in this area. What i want will not look right if this part is skipped. My question is, is this a common idea shared by most plastic surgeons, or do i stand a chance of finding someone who will sculpt the way i want. Thank you!!

You would have to be cleared by your neurologist first before undergoing the surgery. You should also be examined first to make sure you are healthy and stable before liposuction. For as long as you have passed the pre-op evaluation, a liposuction procedure will be safe for you.
The photos show you are almost there. With some sculpting of the waist, flanks and bra rolls, the waist should appear. It is important to maintain the curve of the hips into the waist, as the lateral buttock contour is straight.
