Best cartilage to use for revision rhinoplasty after reabsorption? (Photos)

Hi twice now my ear and nose cartilage has been reabsorbed. I am having surgery again this month but scared it will happen again. What is the best cartilage to use that has more chance not to get reabsorbed

Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photo you provided it looks like your right nostril have collapsed. They're really uneven. I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty. We will most probably need to use rib cartilage and external grafts to reshape the tip and correct the nostrils. Best...
