I developed a visible line from the front that I’m guessing reflects the bumpiness of the columella. Is this something that can be revised? What is going on? am currently 8 months post op and the trauma happened at 7 months. My phone just fell on my tip when I was lying in bed.

In general, trauma to the nose, even after a previous surgery, can potentially cause changes in its shape or structure. The impact from your phone falling on your nose could have caused damage to the underlying cartilage or tissue, leading to the visible line you mentioned. This could be related to changes in the alignment or position of the columella, which is the central part of the nose that separates the nostrils.

A revision procedure may be an option to address the changes and improve the appearance of your nose.

An « in person » consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon expert in rhinoplasty is of course, necessary.
