When should I consider revision rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Manthan Mehta
I had a rhinoplasty done three months back to remove the dorsal hump and correct my deviated septum. However the doctor didn't take out the hump and this has given my nose a very weird look.I know i am only three months in this process, but i feel each day my nose i getting worse. This has put me into depression, hence just wanted to know, did i get botched, and if so when should i consider revision
