Graft reabsorbed after revision rhinoplasty (Photo)

Hi. Hoping someone can help me understand why the graft in my nose made from nose cartlidge has been reabsorbed twice after 2 revision surgeries. It lasts for about 3 years then comes away and im left with the same problem that i started with. The first surgeon took too much of my cartlidge away to begin with so the second surgeon had to rectifie this using cartlidge from my nose.

Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photo you provided it looks like your right nostril have collapsed. They're really uneven. I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty. We will most probably need to use rib cartilage and external grafts to reshape the tip and correct the nostrils.
