8 months post op. My nose is now very straight and has lost that curve. What are my options? (Photo)

Hi ! I had rhinoplasty 8 months ago and would love feedback. The bridge of my nose had a beautiful natural curve right after surgery, now my nose is very straight ( from profile view) and has lost that curve. Also on the left side of the tip, there is some sort of buldge, making that left nostril a different shape and size. Also I feel as if the bridge isn’t matching the tip. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
