8 months post op. My nose is now very straight and has lost that curve. What are my options? (Photo)

As healing occurs skin thickens in some areas and thins in others which can make the nose change and lose a nice curve like you had in your photo "on the table". That's one of the reasons why many surgeons don't show "on the table" before and after photos as they don't necessarily represent the final result. We need to anticipate and compensate for healing.
At this point, I feel it would be a straightforward fix for your nose. It could probably be done right in the office with local anesthesia.

Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photos you provided, it looks like your tip has dropped after the surgery. Usually, the surgeon should make it a little higher (a few mm) because it drops with time. One of your nostril also looks like it collapsed a little. I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty to give an elegant curve to your nose and make your nostrils even.

At one year, you can consider undergoing revision rhinoplasty if you are wanting to reduce the bridge line and give you more of an inward curve. This can be accomplished with the closed rhinoplasty approach with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required and no painful packing is required either.
