'Unstable nose'. Are there any options to reduce the size?

Hello! I underwent rhinoplasty 4 years ago, because I didn't like the straightness and size of my nose. I was very excited before the surgery, but superdisappointed afterwards. My nose still looked the same. Although I tried to accept this, I'm still super unhappy with my nose. I contacted the clinic and they said that the instability of my nose was the reason why they couldn't do anything. Is this really possible? If yes, are there other options to reduce the size of my nose?

The procedure to change rhinoplasty results that are not what you wanted after a first procedure is called revision rhinoplasty.  This is among the most complex facial plastic surgeries and not everybody is comfortable doing those. Sometimes, the doctor who did your first surgery will tell you that it is not possible to fix.  However, this is rarely accurate.  You need someone experienced in revision rhinoplasty. This is a common procedure for us and we've done people having even their 7th rhinoplasty and gotten them fixed.  There is hope! Hello! Thank you for your question.Without your face photos it is hard to make an evaluation. Anyway, it is possible to reduce size of the nose with a revision rhinoplasty, but it depends on your case. If you can provide your face photos from front and side, I would be happy to evaluate your case.
