Hi there, I am considering abdominal liposuction for stubborn fat in this area. I am fairly slim size 8 with a BMI of 20 and I have been this size since puberty. I have read that once you have lipo, the fat cells are gone and any increase in body fat will cause the remaining fat cells to increase in size. I was wondering if this is cosmetically noticeable - e.g do you end up with like 15 giant lumps on your abdomen (exaggerating of course but just to illustrate my concern!). Thanks so much!
