I've always liked how nose bumps look, and I want one too. I already have a nose bump, but it doesn't look like the one I want. I haven't seen anyone who has had surgery to get a bump, so I don't know if it's possible to get a nose bump with surgery or, in my case, shape it the way I want. Here are the photos of the bump I have and the bump I want.
