Dear SKim214,BMI is calculated based on your height and weight and there are a lot of options to calculate it online. The weight of your implants and Sculptra should have no major effect on your BMI.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Hello! Thank you for your question. Your question is a common one. Two 400cc implants (whether saline or silicone) weigh approximately 2lbs total. Sculptra is also a low weight product. They shouldn't greatly affect your BMI. I hope this answers your question. Best of luck!Matthew A. DelMauro, M.D.
good question. A three cup breast size change is about 600 cc though this varies with height and width of the patient. So 1.2 liters. 2.6 pounds. The sculptra once all swelling is gone will add at little. Maybe a pound. BMI is a standard measurement based on height and weight not on fat content or percent muscle. Your body changes are not the result of your surgery.
