Keloid people for candidate of FUE?

I am 40 yrs old male Pakistani Asian - wheatish color skin I have developed keloid on sternum/ mid of chest at the age of 20 -- but did not spread widely only size I/2 inch wide 1.5 inch long - at the age of 35 developed the injury on knee due to RTA didn't developed keloid only scan has seen -- now I want to FUE surgery so what is your openion or possibility of keloid will developed on doner site ----

Scars that exhibit inflammation, hypertrophy, or keloid reaction can be managed with our HIDEF protocols. Surgery is not often necessary as we have a full laser and RF protocol. 
Treatments begin with examination of the scars followed by pretreatment with Melarase creams for pigmentation, Plato's Scar Serum for hypertrophy, followed by laser and RF protocols with PDL, RF, and microfractional RF or laser. Kenalog IIT is also very important.

I've never seen keloids on recipient sites (on the scalp). I have seen hypertrophic scars.  Without getting into specifics on definitions, you may be at risk for scarring.  This is where meeting with a doctor and an examination helps.

I want to solve this person that had keloid from a body hair chest extraction From a well-known physician. When I mean keloid I mean There were hundreds of them all close to a half inch in diameter. If you have any history of keloid, then you need to sit with your hair professional and have a chest of both sites in an extraction in a inconspicuous place. Then reevaluate for a larger session if all goes well good luck.

Scar hypertrophy on the chest area is far more common than on the scalp. Consult with a neograft hair transplant specialist to see if you are a good candidate.

You are wise to think carefully about these issues and collect information. The sternum is very susceptible to wide scars and keloids in predisposed individuals.  The fact that you didn't develop a keloid on the knee is encouraging but doesn't reduce your risk of scalp keloid formation to zero. It's a good idea to sit down with a hair restoration surgeon so he or she can carefully examine these scars and get a better sense of your precise healing patterns and family history of keloids. If there is ever a remaining concern, then a small "test session" of 50-100 grafts can be done and wait 6 -9 months to observe your healing. If all is OK at that time the a full session can be undertaken at that time.

People who form Keloids need to be tested with a test FUE graft in a few hidden places to see if the donor or the recipient area forms a Keloid. You must wait a full 8 months after the test before considering going forward.
