La Jolla Lift, fat graft under eyes, revision rhinoplasty, and upper eyelid surgery
I wanted to provide an in-depth review of my experience and not just provide I am no stranger to plastics, having had at least 5 body procedures done, and they were done by two different surgeons on the East Coast. So it was time to address my saggy jowls and the beginning of a Turkey neck. I selected Dr. David for a consult because he was really the only surgeon (in my opinion) who had excellent before/after photos or facelifts AND revision rhinoplasty. So I met with Dr. David

I was referred to Dr. David by another plastic surgeon in the area as the best Rhinoplasty surgeon in San Diego county. I had my nose done by Dr David to correct a hump and a breathing problem. I woke up after surgery and was surprised I felt no pain at all. I followed doctor's instructions to the letter and my recovery was very quick and painless. Had the total FX treatment yesterday. I was very nervous so they gave me a valium, Percocet and Xanax. Most of it was bearable but a few times it really hurt. I went in with my work spouse to see Dr. David for a deal on Dysport. Suddenly I'm getting my lips filled with Restylane Silk! So glad I did. I love them! I had Dysport done the same day (easy breezy) but I found the lip injections to be more painful than expected. Dr. David uses the blunt cannula method of injection which is supposed to be less painful and result in no bruising.
